Rode this for the first time as a kid in 1999, then again in 2008, then again 2015 and again a week ago. Was NOT expecting the scare actors! It’s never been better than it is right now. Congrats to them for 60 years!! Such good memories
I've been going there since I was a kid, for as long as I can remember. I went there multiple times every year. My step-grandfather, may he rest in peace, started the obsession, and I've been doing haunted houses every Halloween since I was 14. I'm well into my 30s, and I still do annual haunted houses. My kids want to ride the haunted house now, and I've sparked the same interest in them. I love seeing kids go in and come out terrified yet laughing. the actors were a great touch, but i feel the clowns in the vertigo tunnel kind of killed the illusion. thanks for the upload stay sick dude. and shout out to every single person on here that loves this haunted house as much as i do, or even more. OCM will always be special to me. and i seen someone else post this as well R.I.P Morbid Manor.
Bill Tracy is a legend. He designed so many rides for Dorney Park (Journey to the Center of the Earth, Iceberg, Whacky Shack, Bucket of Blood, Gold Mine), Hunts Pier (Whacky Shack, Golden Nugget, Skua, Jungle Land) and Clementon Park (Whacky Shack walk through). They were my childhood and all gone now. I have to go to OCMD to ride this!
This is the best place, I ride it every year. I started riding in the late 70's, some of the original stuff is still inside. Thanks for sharing. Great job talking about the ride.
New subscriber. I like the way you present the attraction without being overly wordy, and how you don't narrate every single thing that is happening. You literally made it sound like you were riding this for the first time. I also like the fact that you did a little research into the ride and Bill Tracy, the master of the dark ride. But yeah, I like your friendly approach and the fact you don't try to make your video about the video, but rather your experience. Very Very cool.
Thank you, DarksladeDiaries! I appreciate your comment! 😄 I just wanted others to be able to enjoy the experience as if they were there, so I’m glad to know I was able to portray the video in that manner!
Ocean City is great! Love that place. Excellent video covering the haunted house ride on the boardwalk. I've never been on it but wow very impressive for a ride.
The small green skull hanging from the Bannister at the beginning was mine I gave to them in 2022 and I rode Monday September 9th and dressed as Michael Myers from Halloween Kills and saw Ghost Face gave me the ✌️ after I told him nice mask and I own every piece of Haunted House merchandise. R.I.P Bill Tracy and Granville Trimper
used to frequent there too, damn shame, wish they brought it back. i miss looking out into the distance and seeing the ghost bride on the balcony looking out to sea.
I’ve been on this. ITS AWSOME! I gotta go on this again it’s awsome! Also another good haunted house is in Rehoboth beach which is like almost an hour from there and it’s just as good. It even has a really cool hanging ride cart
“It doesn’t go very fast so if your scared of speed or anything you don’t have to worry about that” sir, I’m scared of slowly passing by those things, I better be rocketing through that place.

Very cool video, love those kind of rides
that very short scene with all the coffins, I swear the music was straight out of the phantasm series, well played to the haunted house honestly.
R.I.P. MORBID MANOR on the pier ifykyk

I Go There Every Year And I Love This Haunted House!
This ride looks like so much fun! ❤
@@revelryinthedark it was, I loved it 😄💜🤙
That clown was pretty creepy
In 1980, they used to have a guy running a chainsaw when you left the building. No chain of course.
That is so cool!!!
I wish you could slow down the ride
