This part 7 to the phonics video series shows a day to day lesson plan to teach Phonics to your child. Introduction to the sound, Activities to be done, and DIY worksheets on Jolly Phonics group 6 is shown. Sounds covered in Jolly Phonics Group 7 are /qu/ /ou/ /oi/ /ue/ /er/ /ar/. As it can be seen that there are 6 digraphs in this group. These digraphs are explained in detail in the video. Apart from the sounds, how to help your child to write, blending the sounds to form words, and segmenting the words is also covered comprehensively. Follow the video series to teach your kids to reads phonetically.

Really u r very good teacher. Please also tell how much tym should be given or can be taken by a child to learn every group of phonics.
Depends on the child. If introducing at home make it 1-2 sounds a day, a child can easily grasp this much.

Maam my son is three years old he knows phonics sound well but my question here is suf I introduced sight words first or should I go with blending of two word through phonics and one more thing is the sight word suf be learnt by heart or the child vl understand just by looking through???

Hello mam my daughter is able to read the sound and also to write the words but she is not able to read the word for eg cap she writes cap but is cant read it insted of reading word she reads the sound
