Hello M4xiz, Mental Blast still have some utility atm? I'm saving money for +15 ON but it seems that noone are spamming it anymore with 4th job. So, its probably better don't invest zeny on it (other skill will be easy to istantcast with only 6sec VCT only).
no need to use mental blast anymore, but I still love it because I still set dex0 for every build and I love to have attribute point left enough for LUK to build cri res for counter RK.

6v6 tail, it does not good for GVG but I got a good enough option to use.
