I dont think the accuracy is the most part of his ability. Personally, I got 55-60 % acc on tracer and 55% my career average on tracer. But I am no where close to dafran in gameplay. His other abilities like blink management, game sense, positioning, target prioritize werer the best .
What made him known is his insane tracking though, back in Selfless Gaming he was considered the best tracker in the game, even by the pros he played against. I just think that his aim has dwindled a bit since his esports days due to the lack of day-to-day scrims. Even then, he still has better aim then a lot of GM/T500 streamers and players. I'm not saying his macro and mechanics are lacking, it's just that his aim is what boosts him to one of the best players in comp (Idk how'd stack up against current pro tracers, he himself has stated he's washed up, though I do believe he can still get back into pro gaming if he wanted to).

Check out this clip where he solo kills a Moira with 79hp : clips.twitch.tv/MoralNastyDootPoooound If you get good enough, her auto lock on beam and self heal cannot counter a good Tracer. You just have to get in her face and have good tracking. Edit: In that clip the Moira was even strafing and a-d-crouching. Doesn't matter if your tracking is good enough.
