Do you have a video tutorial on how to clean it? I am unable to get the base (with the brush that pushes the food off for washing.) The instruction said then sideway, but how? I’m so frustrated, and my hands really hurt.
So If I feed each cat 1 cup daily, do I set it up for 2 cups?. I have been doing 4 feedings of 3/12 each, that means each gets 3/12 or is it diving the 3/12 between the two? Sorry, I clearly have math problems
If wifi disconnects will it still dispense food based on the saved schedules?
I just got the dual food tray feeder shown in this video. The App instructions told me to use the PetLibro LITE App but it would not connect no matter how many times or ways I tried. It also does not offer three ways to connect as noted in the above video. It offers just two. When I went against the instructions and downloaded the Pet Libro App - it immediately connected. Seems to be working. Unless I missed something the instructions and video need an update. 😗

could it be that in Germany/Europe only the Lite App works? The feeder couldn't connect via the normal app @@PETLIBRO

How do you keep cat 1 from eating cat 2’s portions?
Does this have to be plugged in to use the camera feature and Wi-Fi feature? In all the features and advertisements I was under the impression that this was cordless due to it having a battery power option.
I just bought two duals,I'm traveling and I hope this works or my cats will starve

@@S21urcle yes it ended up working, it took a minute but we got it going and because we had an indoor camera we could see it was in fact feeding them.
I notice the instructions for the wi-fi dual feeder indicate it needs to be placed in close proximity to the router. Since you have 2 duals, did you place both near your router? I'm asking because I have one and I am considering buying a 2nd one to place on a different floor but I'm concerned that it may not work if that 2nd feeder needs to be near the router.
