I use Therabands for these exercises. I am starting with the lightest band. They have much less resistance and are GREAT for beginners. 😊😊😊

thank you guys so much! I have pretty solid legs but my shoulders lack quite a bit. These triggers sessions help drastically and I get a crazy pump!
Do you recommend trigger sessions even during the deload week(s) when you're trying to let your muscles recover from very heavy lifts?
what size bands are you guys using?
I have yet to see a video where they dont interupt each other and try not to look upset about it
