Knowing that you answer to a higher authority than your spouse!!!! Damn that changes how you react to everything!! This is why i can't be unequally yoked. I need someone who has the same perspective.

So much wisdom and humbleness here. Communication is the foundation (after God) in any relationship. Despite being married, we must remember that we re friends too. Loved this

I love this video. I made my husband watch it with me. Lol. I watched it earlier and when he came home I told him I had a UA-cam video I wanted him to watch. I do this to him often so he was like what is it this time. 😂 But he liked it. He said it was good advice. We will be married for 6 years in April so trust me when I say we've had challenges for sure. But the one thing that keeps us committed is our foundation in Christ. I'm grateful because when we aren't figuring it out we have the Holy Spirit that does and those nudges of conviction keep us coming back to work on our marriage and grow the way Christ desires. I've always prayed that our marriage would be a sweet aroma to Christ and one that inspires people to get married and not one that makes them want to turn away from marriage. Thank you for sharing. 🙏😊 Day by day we are all being perfected by Christ and we won't reach perfection until Christ returns. Be blessed. You are a lovely couple. ❤

Communication is so much important in any kind of relationship. I think most people don't know how to communicate based on the environment they grew up in.

I’ve been married for a few years. This advice is so strong. Especially taking ownership for your own emotions (particularly if you are a woman) and learning when to put a cap on the conversation. Spot on.

The wisdom in this! God bless y’all! So refreshing to see a couple work tru things even when God is all up in there! It’s easy to become toxic, it’s hard to recognise it and then also change it. It’s hard work. Much love to y’all! Marriage is the ultimate way of becoming more like Jesus, so of course it will hurt. Becoming selfless and sacrificial is painful and impossible without the Holy Spirit.

I got to know this channel when I watched a clip of dressing modestly. I will say this is a nice video. I personally have issues with communicating with my sister and think I should deal with it now I'm single. One thing I learnt is to take responsibility and accountability of my emotions and not pushing it on others

I will say that it's rare to see godly videos in social media even those that seems like godly content, when you watch them, it doesn't lift your spirit. I'm so happy I have found one godly video. Thank you corey and leah for this video. Love from Nigeria ♥️♥️

Every single one. If they don't, the couple aren't expressing their feelings and opinions fully. It's just a natural part of communicating with another human being- there's no way two different human beings will always agree 100% of the time.

Excellent content for young married people, but I would encourge more directing them to the Holy Spirit for His wisdom than a counsellor. Counsellers are there to prevent a break up because of a crisis but for on going communication seek the Lord. BUT EXCELLENT INFORMATION
