I have seen a few things in this interview you really calmly answered every question Do this if you are giving an interview 1) Give a clear explanation of every question 2) Take time to give answers 3) Prepare more and more scenario-based questions 4) Eat interviewer time and be diplomatic 5) If you are not convincing them confuse them 6) Ask questions if you didn't get it or if you don't know the answers always ask questions for more clarity this shows you are willing to learn something. If you don't know the answer:- 1) Try to give answers based on your understanding like not 100% but maybe 50 to 60 % correct This shows you try to try 2) Don't know the answers Say this I don't precisely understand this question but I will R&D on it like I Google it because everything you is not necessary 3) understand the question first put into in yourself
The 2nd interviewer was just having basic understanding of data analysis. He was just pulling your leg and checking your confidence level. At the end of the interview you could have said I know all these terminologies but today I got little confuse instead of saying I agree.

For product u can take varchar data type
You have to master SQL first & last and rest all the skills are okay types but SQL can't be. Read and Learn SQL the most.
Enum for category
You won't use int because u are not going to aggregate them
