Hungarian/German here.I was at the Public viewing in Cologne on Satturday for the Hungary-Schweiz abd Spain-Croatia games.Met many Scottish people and it was such a fun.Great people and fans with a great sense of humor.It was like i had 1000s of Frankie Boyles around me.Wish you all the best for the rest of the tournament.

Coaches trying to hold on to the old and established patterns of success! If you look at the game plan of the German team, it went in triangular patterns which could be shaped into steep or shallow angles and are hard to cover. I think there new ways of thinking the game!? Please don't be to upset, I am rooting for your next game❤

Where is the technical advancements of Scottish teams in line with other nations ? Where is the forward evolution of the Scottish game at all levels ? Where is the massive funding required to aid the sport ? Why does the main Governing body sit on its hands while the sport disintegrates around us yet awards themselves a double pay rise for abject neglect and failure ? That's the starting point you need to address ...tout suite !

Now the Scottish team is so down. They showed good games in the qualification and only lost 1 out of 8 games. Besides, losing to a 4-time World Champion and 3-time European Champion is no shame. In my opinion, the Scots simply had the completely wrong strategy. Against Germany you can't stand around at the back and wait for a goal to be scored. If you play counter-attacking football, you have to train much better and disturb the opponents in midfield. Don't forget that this can happen even to Brazil against Germany if you come on the pitch with the wrong plan. you are simply run over.
