Most of what is mentioned in the list above are Biblical, except for one. Journaling. Nonetheless, if it is considered similar to meditation and bible study combined, I suppose it would be Biblical in that sense.
@@louisaccardi2268 I can see your view on that. I started using journaling to track my journey with God. It’s so neat to look back and see all God has done and brought me through! Some people do a gratitude journal for giving thanks to God daily. Many blessings!😊
This is so valuable. Thank you for this. There’s so many people claiming “Christian Spiritualisms” that they take onboard or accept thoughts, ideas or even experiences that are outside of the gospels and claim it brings them closer to God.
