Amazing story telling! I'm re-reading "Storyworthy" and taking notes as it's filled with great information. Thanks

We are sitting around out breakfast table as family and listening to the story. It was pin drop silence and they loved it! Thank you for sharing a great story @matthew!

I've been watching the Moth videos for a couple months now, yesterday I stumbled up yours. I'm watching them all. When no one is around I clap after each one. I can't wait to get your latest book due to be out soon, it's exactly what I needed to come across for my personal journey. In the meantime I'll start with the ones that are already available.

I heard this on our local NPR radio station. A most excellent monologue, with meaning.

I just read your post on Kripalu and followed up with your two near death experiences. I'm blubbering, so thanks very much (I love a good blubber when it's a happy blubber). The funny thing is that I opened up your post because it was about Fear, and you are a storyteller. I'm working on a course about Fear and I am a storyteller who helps people to write their stories. Thank you for your stories, wonderfully told.

Wonderful, touching story, but also an important cautionary tale for teens and others. Five kids died while my children were in high school... and a doctor I knew, who had just returned from volunteering in Bosnia, and who was in the desert for a convention, was tired. So his wife was driving while he slept in the back seat of their SUV. His wife got into an accident, and he was thrown from the vehicle and KILLED.. This after just returning from a war-torn area....
