I need one suggestion from you.
I am using a maruti suzuki 2007 swift petrol.
My throttle goes high when i change the gear i.e. goes upto 4000 - 6000 rpm. And then come down after some time.
I showed the system to a mechanic then after examining he found that there is a leakage in the booster assembly brakes. He told me that due that only my throttle valave is mal functioning.
I need your suggestions regarding this. How does a brake booster assembly has a connection with throttle valve.

Timing chain is mostly found in petrol cars where as in Diesel we have timing belt if we don't change them on time mostly timing "Belts " can snap midway during driving due to they are made of rubber which becomes hard and brittle with time . Where as timing " chain " has no such issues . Belt should be changed within the scheduled time interval as it saves the engine from seizure as well as damage
Bro, Great video. I own SX4 2008 Petrol with CNG installed in 2014. I have clocked 155000KMS. Any tip for preventive maintenance for smooth running. I have replaced radiator, thermostat valve and AC clutch assembly. I have been hearing squeaking sound that is only on long highway drive of over 1 hr. My stabilizer and Tie rod goes bad every year. Could be coz i raised the rear by adding a strut coz of CNG cylinder load. Apart from all these i still get 12KMPL efficiency on highway on petrol. Recently started facing idling issues. Haven't got tangible solution but i have narrowed it down to O2 sensor, throttle and MAF sensor coz check light is ON but can't detect it on OBD reader.

does company recommend timing chain replace in 1lakh km? i dont think so. timing chain are like any other engine components and has to be replaced only if required. it makes a racket sound when about to fail. where as timing belt has to be replaced on specific intervel. I had personally seen swifts over 2l km without tming chain replace.
