    Thanks for the video.
I thought one of you said something about squats, and I thought that the message was that squats were not a form of body-weight exercise. If someone puts huge amounts of weight on a bar and does squats, I realize that they are not a body-weight exercise. On the other hand, someone doing unweighted squats would seem to me to be doing a body-weight exercise. I realize that serious athletes who are trying to maximize their performance in some sport are not going to do body-weight squats. For those of us who just want to maintain bone density and muscle tone in the legs for day-to-day functioning, I don't see anything wrong with unweighted squats. Am I wrong? For those of us who are doing unweighted or lightly-weighted squats, isn't that a form of body-weight exercise?
I've never been good at certain exercises and eventually stopped doing them out of frustration. My health has failed and taken much of my life with it. The one advantage of my situation is that it has expanded the number of areas of life that fall into the "don't give a damn" category. Looking around, I've learned some things that I had never realized when I was trying to do things to match what many experts were saying. I've never been able to do pull-ups, but I've heard from some physical therapists that just hanging on a pull-up bar has some benefit. I'll never reach the sixty-second hangs that many are recommending. However, I see benefit in going from two-second hangs to five-second hangs. I'll never do fifty pushups in a day, but I think I've had some benefit from doing fifteen or twenty inclined pushups every day instead of doing the zero standard pushups that I found too frustrating to try. I don't know that exercise could have prevented my health from failing as it has, but I wish I'd developed this "don't give a damn" attitude decades ago. If I'd spent the past forty or fifty years hanging from a bar for a little bit every day, I'd have been stronger and healthier through the shoulders and spine. Maybe I'd never have been able to do twenty pull-ups, but being stronger and having a healthier spine would have been good for me. Doing fifteen or twenty inclined pushups a day for the past forty or fifty years would have given me a stronger body than doing zero regular pushups. I wish I hadn't listened to the athletes and exercise "gurus" who dismissed those of us who couldn't do exactly what they said we needed to aspire to do.

The idea is isometric, calisthenics movement which is being able to control body weight.

Isometric, calisthenics focuses on body weight n that’s what Gelo is doing. Only a fool would speak about something so trivial as so called “form” when all that matters is controlling your own body weight. This phony doctor debunked absolutely. Lavar has coached n trained 3 of his sons to become professional, 2 of which are currently in the NBA. What have u done????

Everyone talks bad about LaVar but 2 of his sons play professional basketball and another got pretty dame close. I’d say he’s a pretty good dad and had decent judgment.

I agree, but I don’t think people are necessarily talking bad about how he’s raising his kids. He’s done an amazing job at that. They more so talk down on his stints he does. Such as speaking on where his son should be traded and or drafted. Or like selling BBB shoes and charging crazy prices, then now he’s making overpriced workout equipment. And speaking nonsense about it as Brian said.

      Its called privilege in action.
I love how people always brush over the fact that these sons of athletes have a path set on cruise control and all they need to do is stay on the road.
Especially if you 'qualify' as a 'minority'

LiAngelo is doing chin-ups and he is cheating and he should of said Calisthenics. Which are great exercises when done correctly. Mr. Ball should refer all his kids to ATG (knees over toes guy) on UA-cam for their workouts. I have been doing their workout and my knees feel great. Great for ankles too. His sons seem to have weak ankles and knees.🍗

Goata n stopping those pro trainers from doing Olympic style lifting with these athletes…isometric n calisthenics are both one and the same as both are about controlling body weight.
