Hello Lisa, I love the Rustic and natural look of these trees. This is a new idea for using ponecones. At least I haven't seen it yet. It certainly is a very inexpensive way to make decor for ones home. It can be decorated for Christmas too. I'm excited to try these. I rent a cottage on 20 acres and during the summer I foraged for pinecones, birch bark and fallen tree limbs and sticks. I surely collected the most pinecones ever. So I also have a shed with an old table in there. I put my foraged items there until I need them. I put them in the sun 1st to dry out and so any creatures inside would come out. I forgot that I also got some moss too. So I have all the supplies I need to start these beautiful trees you created snd I will proudly display them. Thank you for sharing these and the tags too. I always see such creativity when I see them. God Bless you and your family. Happy Holidays too.❤❤❤🎄☃️🙏😇
I was just making dinner for my kids and I thought of you because you made something a couple weeks ago that really stuck with me. I'm sincerely grateful that I found somebody with similar tastes. On a side note I've been looking for you since I got my phone 10 years ago. It was those little boards houses. It really resonated with me . I distinctly remember thinking, "I could make that " It's simple but really elegant and I thought it would cheer my friend up who's lost her dog and she's just absolutely devastated Like with most cancers it happened suddenly. They found out about it too late, and there was nothing the doctor could do. After the doctor's visit it was three days later that the dog passed. 3 DAYS!!! IT'S horrible and unfair. Plus I would like to add it's really sweet of you to mention the lady. I mean that's respect. Thank goodness I kept around the pieces of work I just couldn't throw them out and now I have a project I can use them for I'm so excited thank you
Oh Lisa....I just LOVE every single one of your trees! I absolutely love decorating with natural elements, and your trees came out gorgeous! Thank you so much for these amazing ideas! Wonderful inspiration! Sending you much love, and praying for abundant blessings for you and your family 💚💚💚💚💚
Hi Lisa!! I am in love with the trees!! What a wonderful idea and way to extend the decor through the winter! I’d probably keep them up all year😊 The pine cone one is so unique, with the beautiful shape of them. As always may God continue to bless you and yours Jeanne Baton Rouge 22:51
Beautiful ideas! If you lay your cone down on the table and flatten it, cut straight across the bottom, turn it 90 degrees (I think,); then cut straight across again. That should give you a perfectly flat bottom 😁
Also, on your pine cone tree... If y😢ou stand the pine cones up just a tiny tad more with each row, you'll get more of that triangle tree shape... It looks like you did that, but wasn't sure if your viewers know to do that❤
Lisa, the trees are gorgeous! I make lots of items using bark, sticks, twigs and pinecone petals. It is messy and time consuming but I love creating with natural elements. Thanks for sharing, take care and God bless 😊
*Lisa, you did a beautiful job making your nature trees with bark, sticks and pine cones❣️🎄🤎❄️ I have made many decor items and trees with sticks and pinecones over the years and used pieces of bark in succulent assemblages, but never have I made a tree from pieces of bark. I'll have to try that❣️😉🎍💚🤎 Thank you for the inspiration‼️🙂💜💚💙*
What a wonderful, create way to make stunning Christmas Decor! You are a treasure! Thank you for such great videos that get our creative minds inspired!
I’ve pieces of birch tree bark that my mom gave me years ago. She collected it from SD. She is gone now, and you have given me the most wonderful idea for them.
I love every tree you did! What a wonderful idea. My fave was the pine cone tree but I really loved them all. Thank you for sharing such beautiful projects. I love your videos and they are so relaxing to me. Merry Christmas Lisa to you and yours.
I love all of these. I did a smaller shadow box type by taking individual pieces off a pine cone and hot gluing them to form the shape of a tree. It looks really cute.
Lisa, I was beginning to have withdrawals because I haven’t saw a video of yours in a while!!❤ I know you have been super busy tho!! I absolutely love the natural tree decorations!! I was wondering if you had received the box of goodies I had sent you? I think you will really enjoy them!!❤
Yes I did my dear sweet friend and thank you so much! I loved them so much and will cherish the beautiful ornaments. I hope you’ve gotten your card by now. I got a little behind in my comments😉.
In the summer my sister stopped along the side of the road where she saw these men's sawing down trees. My sister is very brazen. I think the men were just shocked. Most people would never have done that. They gladly cut in minutes four cookies for my sister. They even refused the tip. I've never met a city worker that doesn't like to do something for somebody else. I was a city worker when I was 19 and it's shocking how people treat other people when they believe that they're better than them.
I have a very simple question. I have wood glue, Elmer's Glue, Krazy Glue and cocking. My sister once borrowed my glue gun. A couple years later when I asked for it back she swore up and down I never gave it to her. What do I say to that! "TYPICAL". SISTERS 😢
I love the third cone tree most of all. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉Thank you so much for this video ❤❤❤
You are so welcome!
Maravilloso, muchas gracias ❤❤❤❤❤España

That’s a tough one! Most places have the small low temp glue guns I use for under $5. Maybe don’t loan that one out😉
