    龙的传人国的发展商建的高楼的密度完全是和他们国家一模一样。而且统统都长得一模一样。

    cant compare with HK and Shenzhen, they are under one same government but here we talking about 2 completely different country with 2 different government which will produce more challenges.

    I totally disagree with his sales pitch. Pls do not compare JB to SIN. They are of a different league, they are of different quality of build, systems, laws and most importantly govts. And pls you are over estimating yourself if you think JB can be like Shenzhen just becos of the RTS. Shenzhen is the Silicon Valley of Asia. You lack the population (human talent), tech sector, financials and innovation of Shenzhen. If you have all these you will be Shenzhen with or without the RTS. The malls at half dead and poorly maintained. If it remains like that in the next few years I think residents will start moving out in no time. Who want to lives above an abandoned mall? And mostly importantly the project is grossly overpriced. At that price I mind as well buy in KL. The median price in JB is only RM 600k there will be no exit strategy, there is so much supply there many more phases of this project and the locals mainly blue collar workers will have difficulty affording it.
