Voice Breakdown: How we build our character voices

Do you ever hear a character's voice and wonder "what is that actor doing to create that sound?" No? Well, I do, and I find the process fascinating, so today, Jonaya and I are breaking down exactly what we do to voice some of our most common characters!

This was a very fasinating video. I love this kind of stuff and I can actually tell some of the info from the voice (like the energtic girl scout of Bronya). It's like yeah I can totally hear that element. Also I've heard far worse Southern accents. Though just one thing, Jonaya's Kanaya voice was a bit lost in the background music.

Yea, Jonaya's Kanaya voice is a little on the soft side. It's easier to mix when I mix the full audio track in logic, I'm still getting used to doing mixing in premier.
