some good gbc games which weren't mentioned: shantae, little magic, pokemon gsc, pokemon tcg 1 and 2, pokemon pinball, zelda link's awakening dx, bionic commando elite forces, dragon quest monters 2, daikatana, kirby tilt 'n tumble, legend of the river king 1 and 2, pocket bomberman, toki tori, survival kids. the goemon series is also decent, but i find it a bit too easy

The fact that the vine skip also makes the runners skip the one boss guarding the red box makes me so salty, that was the one boss that stressed me out in this game (pirate ghost). The run was alot of fun to watch though
At 1:19:40 you managed to jump the the next spider. But each time I try to jump, the spider always winds up back at the top slowly falling down. How the hell did you get the spider at the right spot??

@57:37 There was a giant rock on top of the volcano. The hole is from the rock hitting the ground again after it got launched by the volcano.

This game's later levels get very difficult, but the final boss can be defeated in seconds when you know the trick to beating him.
Agreed about Wario games being amazing, and that the GBC MGS being amazing (can’t believe they put all that Metal Gear into one cart!)

There were plenty of good black-cart GBC games, but there weren't as many great clear-cart games as you'd expect. There were a handful though!
I imagine this game is a bit annoying to speedrun since most mistakes could end up being huge time wasters. Also, golf.

As a big Metroid fan, I hate Metroid II lol. Not as a concept, I quite like both AM2R and Samus Returns. But the original is hot garbage.
