    Hi Paul, thank you for this inspirational story. I feel motivated and wanted to work with your firm doing unpaid voluntary work. Basically, to learn property investment strategies and get into the property ladder.

    Hi Paul. Thank you for your inspiration and guidance. I am or at least, I was a pilot. The pandemic and Brexit have caused me some massive issues so I would appreciate your guidance on commercial property so that I can re-join my wife and family and support them properly. You could call this the 11th hour and maybe 58 minutes. Thank you again!

    Hmmm - Great story Paul. Some great points. Also, some similarities with me!... Just signed up for one of your big courses - Commercial property. Looking forward to it. I'm a bit late to the game... but I think this will help me...

    Mortgages are joint and several, so what did you have in place to underpin the arrangement between you.

    Thank you Paul, that was really useful and incredibly inspiring. Well done to you and Aniko for all your amazing achievements and the bit I admire most 'your mindset'. BTW, I think you were right not to sign the compromise agreement, it's the principle that matters! Disgraceful way to treat people.
    I signed up for mentoring last Nov, then the intervening year happened which has been horrible. I've contacted your lovely Touchstone team and I'm looking forward to continuing in Feb when I'm back on my feet. I've got a good feeling going forward that finally I will make some ground with property. Your video popped up at the right time. I'm going to start studying all the material in earnest now. Thank you!

    Nice story but the truth is you had amazing salaries and caught the market at a great time .. which could generate the deposit for the BTLS the majority of the public don’t and sadly will never get there .

    • @PaulSmithTouchstoneEducation
      @PaulSmithTouchstoneEducation  Рік тому +1

      Well.. really? We left our amazing salaries and as I write this there are 16 x zero deposit mortgages available. I did not have that when I started... not even close. It is so much easier today than when I kicked off....

      @@PaulSmithTouchstoneEducation I agree but they would not get anywhere near to the success like many of the investors from that era ..You was in the golden era of capital growth where we saw double and triple Ups and also the entry level in comparison to wages was very proportional . You also caught the golden era of crazy low interest rates . With the current interest rates and minimal growth , SDLT and strict legislations and huge deposits to build a decent portfolio 10+ it is very difficult for someone in this era to start in comparison to the era you was in . I give all credit to you .. but it’s a different era now ..

    Great storey and comes across as a genuine guy. However i can't understand why he sold his daughters horse after working all his life, made redundant a handful of times he must of had enough to keep that, that's the bit that doesn't stack up. 🤔

    • @PaulSmithTouchstoneEducation
      @PaulSmithTouchstoneEducation  2 роки тому

      Last time I was made redundant as I said they said no redundancy pay unless you sign a compromise agreement... 18 months later before I got a single penny, my legal fees to take the company on was £60,000 plus of money I did not have.... I should have been fine... I was not... good luck. Paul
