    @ sir Chinkee, would like to get advise. Currently we have bank loan for our 2 units for rent. Is it ok to pay it in full from our savings but it will be max out or better po just pay 1 unit first si, that we can still have emergency fund? Thank you sa input.

    Yes yun ang ginawa ko kaya naparami ko paupahan ko now i have 12 after ecq magdadagdag ako ng 6 pa collateral loan gawin para mas mababa ang interest rate 5.50 percent rate nakuha ko alright passive income is legit the best

      @real crime stories yes exactly!!!! eto ung hndi ko nakikita sa ganitong mga tips and strategies, mahirap iapply ung BRRR strategy if starting pa lang, kasi need collateral, as for kay @it's yanah 02 naman, personal loan ata ung ibig nyang sabihin and up to 1M lang ung pedeng utangin, so let's say may lupa ka pa na need bilhin and then ung construction iloloan mo pa, parang kumbaga need mo tlga ng extra fund para magpatayo ng ganito klaseng business, pero in the long run makakapagcreate ka ng passive income for life.

    9-10% loan interest tapos need mo 11% up as rental/income the loan?
