Mnangagwa is doing it to himself. He wants everyone to relax thinking that since he has many enemies someone will get him and finally noone will attack him. He is self proofing from any attacks. Never, anyone who will do that will try to be as accurate to do the mission as possible cause the man is deadly. This man will go to exile in Belarus.
