Based on his explanation, it seems like the law failed this man. It is disappointing that women get away with so many things and the full blame is put on the man. Based on what he said "she provoked him many times" and he got the restraining order, he got to spend 5 days in jail. I see with the proper intervention, this murder could have been prevented. Even the narrator of this documentary refers to him as an "abuser". He may not be telling the truth but these are the facts that are presented right now.
So I just watched this twice, back to back and I'm here wondering why, Uzma Ahmed wasn't jailed as well?? Yes he did the crime but that woman provoked him, had she not done that and yes she full on knew she done it, why yu need a body guard, bruh she needed some jail time.
He speaks like he is owning his mistake n i like dat... however i think he still has a lil more reflecting to do as he deliberately leaves parts of the relationship out... i do hope however he gets a second chance in being free... sad situation for all involved...
this man accept his mistake, the woman could have made a great future with him,but instead she was a witch provoking him,the sentence is far too long, stay bless brother you shown remorse and you have no ego,you prayed to the almighty for forgiveness.
Simon is a liar. He beat that woman and was an abuser. He planned to kill her that is why he got the jeep. When he escaped he was going to look for her to kill her that is why Barbados was not his destination. He is not sorry.
@@untoldstoriesslu Eventually. I believe in giving people second chances. But, he must first do some time. Long enough for reflection / introspection. He should get some counselling. Provide ways whereby he can control his emotions. The therapist should also give updates of his progress during that time. To evaluate his readiness to be reintegrated. Sad story indeed
He couldn't control himself, his emotions and actions. He goes blank asking to repeat questions either trips his emotions when he remembers or losing his mind.
Saw this video and it broke my heart, been haunted ever since. Can someone tell me how i can contact this man personally? Is he still in prison, someone please tell me.
Go pwell happens because men think they OWN women, that is one thing he is right about. At least this man seems to understand the gravity of what he did.

Hello don't speak about my uncle like that
Wow! Very provocative documentary. Sad situation. This guy though seem to be a very smart guy. I do hope that he got the help that he needs.
Do you believe he should ever be released back into society ?
