By my sugar I have Diabetics And I have high blood pressure caresterol I know that it's good for that I start doing that because I don't want to put shots or anything like that and I hope to get rid of my sugar and all very good exercising I do not eat bread tortillas.and candy's Coke And cake i. drink Lots Water I have my vegetables And I don't eat greasy foods At home And I don't know what else I'm missing if there's any more things that I have to do with this diet.

I loved the ending of the video. It was awesome to see you dancing on land and in the water. Was the water very cold? I want to thank you for giving me the advice to try to dance every day for at least 10 to 15 minutes. I have been doing this. My arms and legs are not so sore anymore. This video was awesome.
