0:08 Melvin teared up.. He did a huge sacrificed to Regina just to let her go. Use and wear a rubber gloves for Regina so she can feel less pain in the tracker in her wrist. Then, use scissors to cut the wrist band.. Don't place the tracker to the water cuz it will worsen the shock.. Thanks.. Always be safe😊
