Personally I prefer both releases because first it includes both versions of the film, second I love the transfer of the film as well as both 5.1 and 2.0 audio tracks. I would recommend you to do a comparison between Lifeforce's arrow video vs scream factory's blu ray with new 4K scans, John Carpenter's The Thing arrow video Blu ray with a 4K scan and scream factory's blu ray with a 2K scan and 1985's fright night twilight time blu ray with eureka's blu ray with new 4K scan.
Why getting a Region free player is well worth the investment for North American viewers. Arrow more often than not offers the most value for the dollar.
apparently there are 2 versions of scream factory. the regular edition unlimited has less special features. upc is 826663-155938. the old upc is 826663-139945

I didn't want to plunk down big bucks so I just went with the Arrow Video release. Maybe if I find a copy of the Scream Factory release for a good price I will pick it up.
I do like scream factory's artwork over Arrows, I wish Arrow would do slipcovers again, have you watched both versions of the films arrow have done? and is there any difference, also I wish scream factory would start releasing in the U.K , so many great titles I cant watch, great video Todd
+Bushman Blu The AQ/PQ is very much the same quality. I wish Scream Factory would release to Europe as well. I think it would be a good selling place. I'm hooked on Arrow though.
Hi mate, Gotta say its Arrow all the way. I have the Arrow steelbook edition and its bloody brilliant. Although i do like the cover on the Scream factory edition.

Another mark in the win category for Arrow, the special features are way better with Arrow, and in my opinion the cover art for Arrow is better also.
