Court is not able to give the decision. It means high court is not competent in this regards. Now door is open of thev supreme Court for the decision on the merit of danger to the life.

Dear sir, I had joined Navy on 26-6-1980 and retired from Navy on 30-06-1995 as a Petty Officer group B. My pension was Fix before 7th pay commission was Rs. 5301/- in 7th cpc changed to Rs. 7550/- Ist OROP from 7550/-to 19404/- 2nd OROP from 19404/- to 21782/- 3rd OROP there is no change. The judgement of the High Court was surprising they failed to understand that when the authorities deny the justice than a person knocks the door of justice...6th cpc has held way back in 2006 how one can ask the 6th cpc to change or alter it's recommendations after notified by the Precident of India n became part of constitution...Courts are the only authority to change it... Secondly Haryan n chandigarh High Court stayed the commutation for the petitioners but when appeal filed by the govt the same is envoked again why the judgement of Chandigarh & Haryana High Court not referred ... This is purely the mistake of association n the lawyer of the case not replied or gave proper answer/ Cross examination...Even they don't know the similar case was fought in Chandigarh & Haryana High Court ...They should have gone through it in first go... One can't win with half-hearted effort...🙏🙏🙏

I am a retired Subedar Clerk from JAK RIF 1 The exserviceman society while filed a case in Delhi high court , perhaps not included this fact. 2. It was better to appeal in SC in 2018 rather filling a case in Delhi High court. Just waist more than 06 years with a zero output . 3. It would have been a worthy decision if the Hon'ble SC in his verdict with a instruction to MoD to constitute a expert body who were members of 7th CPC . 4. There is nothing wrong in the verdict of Punjab and Hariyana high court in 2018.

Sir liberalise family pension ka na orop mila na 53% da mila. Aap to bol rahe the is September mahina se 53%da milega.

1 The exserviceman society while filed a case in Delhi high court , perhaps not included this fact.
2. It was better to appeal in SC in 2018 rather filling a case in Delhi High court. Just waist more than 06 years with a zero output .
3. It would have been a worthy decision if the Hon'ble SC in his verdict with a instruction to MoD to constitute a expert body who were members of 7th CPC .
4. There is nothing wrong in the verdict of Punjab and Hariyana high court in 2018.
