My favorite scenes were when Tom and Julia knew they HAD to fix the ending of BOMBSHELL. They run off, and-it seems-in fifteen minutes they write “Don’t Forget Me”. I was thrilled when a cast album was released for BOMBSHELL. A Broadway show that didn’t exist had such wonderful musical numbers an album is released!! SMASH wasn’t perfect. But it was pretty close. How I loved it.
