Does revlite laser use for birthmark removal? Does it leave scar?
Birthmarks are also treated effectively with the same laser. Birthmarks are of different types which may need surgical correction too. So it's better to discuss about its feasibility with lasers.
Dear doctor, do you offer fully ablative laser treatment?
We do only fractional ablative CO2 LASER. Fully ablative lasers have longer recovery time & has a higher chance of post inflammatory pigmentation than Fractional ablative lasers.

Yes, results are surely better, but outcome/downtime is unpredictable in our brown skin type. Works amazingly well in caucasian skin types .

Hi Punya, cafe at lait macules are treated differently, but with the same laser. Genetic pigmentations like these tend to recur with time.

Hi Raseena, Dark spots or pigmentations happen due to various reasons like acne, freckles, solar keratosis, melasma etc. Treatments are slightly different for each. But any cream containing Kojic acid, licorice , niacinamide etc can work generally on pigmentations when used at night with a sunscreen in the daytime.

Your feedback is noted with due respect. Revlite laser makes 95% cases of pigmentations absolutely better with thousands of happy patients. Cases like hormonal Melasma, in some, fall in the 5 % nonresponsive cases which has to be done & then documented the change. To use the word "Cheating" is really harsh towards honest doctors.
