From official patch notes:
Half Vampire Priscilla - Basic Atk: 124(+8), Basic Def: 48(+1), Basic HP: 1100(+55)
Half Vampire Priscilla
[Improved Half Blood (Normal Atk)]
- Suppression 1 and 2 hits speed increases by 13% before Unleashed transformation.
※ Suppression 1 and 2 hits range before Unleashed transformation is the same as before
So basically she got more stats and her normal attack speed is faster so she gets he enhanced skill faster

why you later use second skill? and you dont fair lost atk baff when Priscilla has shield?
