First time hearing Kakumei Meloic. Such a fun song. Great musicianship across the board. Yunika Impact (hope I got that right) did such a fantastic job on bass recently for Saki's first Live post Nemophila alongsise Senri Kawaguchi (The Jazz Avengers) and Hana Sano (Gacharic Spin). @TronDD Absolutely. Wasn't bullshiting during Ryan's livestream when I said that I genuinely loved the MV/Song from the get-go dude. Sidenote: Ethics aside, while I initially wasn't aware that Saki was upset at the fact that some of the footage from her recent 1st live appearance was uploaded here on UA-cam without her say so until Scruffy_619 brought it up in the chat, she should or could have taken steps to post footage from the stream to either her UA-cam channel (ala Gacharic Spin's Toyosu Pit performance, 2022) or make the aforementioned stream more readily available or accessible to fans outside of Japan. Otherwise, just filming it and only making the stream available for a limited time without taking steps to either archive or release it physically kind of defeats the purpose of streaming as far as I'm concerned. It's rather pointless to just film it, upload it to some random streaming service for a hot minute, and then never see it again. Saki should have taken notes from her former bandmates in Nemophila when it comes to releasing shows that were initially livestreams and then followed through by releasing such performances physically. That aside, I genuinely look forward to experiencing more of Kakumei Meloic's work going forward.✌️❤️🤘🇦🇺
I had a feeling that this bassist was so good she must be known and playing with other fantastic Japanese female musicians like Saki! As a side note what the heck does she have wrapped around on the head of her bass! Is it really what I think it is! 😎😂
In my early 40's I am too old for this overload of cuteness so I kind of feel weird for having watched this video. What really sticks out for me is the fun you ladies are radiating and the musicianship that is evident.
