Ryan Fitzpatrick in a 2019 interview said Monken has the IT factor for head coaches. He is the guy I want for my Bears. IMO his age is a benefit not a drawback & the Ravens offense is one of the best in the NFL. Since he became the Ravens OC Lamar has gotten more accurate with his long passing game.
