Defending from Turtle (Part 9 of the complete seminar) Turtle turns into Guard

The turtle position is used mainly when escaping positions. Often you need to turn into your knees which leaves your back open. However, turtle guards are also used as an offensive position by some jiu-jitsu players. Let's start with some basics.
