Having seen just how light @tomdove11 travels when he goes fishing, inspired DF to make a change... scale his kit down and not take the kitchen sink with him.

One bit of kit he rates highly, is the Large Compac Cool Bag. Although not used in its intended way, this bag is and absolute tardis, which now carries loads of non-perishable kit whilst keeping luggage size to a minimum!

Probably uses this faster than us average joe's. Plus, if hes got a barrow, the last thing you wanna think about is, "damn, did i refill my 10ml oil pot"

Star anise 😂 I would recommend rapeseed oil better for cooking also good for dressings and also a good alternative to hemp oil in spod mixes!

Indeed, normal oil you would use in your cooking is just as effective as the oil from fishing shops but for like 1/10th the price.
Just like you make chili oil by submersing chili's in oil, you can do the same with what you fish with. Oil is great at taking on the scent properties of whatever is in it.

@@IntrinsicPalomides Try adding garlic powder paprika chilli and fenugreek and slowly heat don't let it get too hot then bottle up in a glass jar then leave for 2 weeks. It's the best oil!

All my kit fits in something like that. I don't need no barrow got 3 rod pod in there even tackle box and even the rod fits in. Just fits over my shoulder and it's just like square box literally is like a TARDIS of kid.
