I got used to not eating anything in the morning. I would wake up and go directly to high school and only eat when I got back home for lunch. You'll feel a burst of hunger around 10 a.m. but it will fade completely in 15~20 minutes, then around 11:30 a.m. you will get hungry for real, but I got so used to this that it doesn't bother anymore.
I personally can't function without breakfast. I need my morning redbull and cigarette to put me in a stimulant induced mini-panic attack to get through the day. Really ups my productivity.

I think it's important for us to at least attempt to find out what our each unique body is like for ourselves. The benefit of breakfast has become a highly debated medical topic recently, but the fact is that the conventional wisdom of important breakfast was funded by food corporations.
Food corprorations push very specific kinds of breakfast like cereals and instant oatmeals which are not healthy at all. Having a couple of eggs, a peanut butter sandwich, a piece of dark or bitter chocolate with tea in the morning is good. If you do a labor intensive work having breakfast is not even a question.
honestly looking back at diet advice and how it has changed over the years I'm starting to think the whole nutritionology/dietology field is more akin to fashion than a science. Breakfast was good, breakfast good no more, fasting was bad, fasting bad no more etc.

Depression and coffee are enough breakfast for me. For dinner I have body dysmorhia and protein shake.

If I try to eat too early I legitimately get nauseated. At most I can do brunch or shove down a granola bar if I know I’m going to have a busy morning

i usually eat a banana, chug a ton of water, then sip on coffee with milk for breakfast.
