Pretty nice driving. Consistency is good and your hand position is on point throughout the track, nice.
If you're looking to improve your lap time there is a lot of low hanging fruit that can probably shave seconds of your time.
Taking your first (fastest) lap as an example:
    - You're sawing the steering wheel in turns a lot. Try not to add inputs where they are not needed. Smooth is fast...
    - Turn 2 is a great example of two recurring mistakes you make that are super punishing in a 1.6L Miata.
    1) Slow in, fast out. You're still decelerating long into the turn and get back to power almost past the apex. Brake later, but harder, get the car rotated and get back on throttle.
    2) Use ALL the track. You're missing the apex by multiple car width and barely have to use the exit. You're scrubbing a lot of speed by narrowing the track this way.
    - Turn 6 is another great example, where you can also gain heaps of lap time. Start further right (all the way to the edge). Turn in later, get the car rotated and use all the track exit (including the curb if you need to). You're accelerating ~6 foot past the apex. Your goal should be nearly full throttle starting at about the apex cone. If you can't do that, brake harder on entry, get the car rotated more and work your way up there. Long straight after turn 6...
    - Turn 10 again, all the track... Start way to the right. And again, turn in later, but hit the apex and use all the track out. You're making this turn much narrower than it is...
    - Turn 11 maybe you biggest time loss? You turn in so early, that you're still scrubbing speed way after the apex of that turn. And that's uphill! So, stay right longer after T10, brake harder if need be and get the car rotated for a later apex. Then once you're turned, full throttle (don't spin ;)). You're loosing heaps of speed there and accelerating earlier (by going SLOWER at entry and turning later), you'll gain a lot of time.
    - Turn 14/15.. Do not go into second gear (I saw in the other video it gets you in trouble :p). Try to carry more speed through the turn (your entry speed looks good) and stay in 3rd. Use ALL the track there. You can track out wider in the middle of the turns. This is easily your second biggest lap time sink, given the long straight after this one. This is another instance where you make it past the apex (in T14) and are not getting back on throttle until much later. Once you're at the apex, it's go time ;)
Since you're a pretty consistent driver, I think you'll be able to see your laptime plummet if you can implement some of these, I think. Hope this helps.
Bonus tip: I see you do the west side a lot too. You're turning in waaaayyyyyyyyy too early on the last turn. Slow in, fast out....
