The Latin Mass is how God’s Church instituted the Last Supper, for all mankind, for all earthly time. To go against it and choose instead the latest whim of the day, is to reject what Christ died for and is offered to us. Himself.

Empower them with Your grace to become saints, shining examples of holiness and virtue in a world that often seeks to undermine and destroy Christianity. Fill their hearts with the love and wisdom of the Holy Spirit, that they may discern Your will and follow it with unwavering commitment. Grant them the courage to face any opposition and the strength to overcome every challenge, standing as beacons of light in a darkened world. Lord Jesus, You are the ultimate example of strength and sanctity. We ask that You inspire these men to follow in Your footsteps, embracing sacrifice and service, and living out their faith with integrity and love. Grant them the fortitude to remain steadfast in their convictions and the wisdom to navigate the complexities of this world with righteousness and justice. We entrust these men to Your divine care, confident that through Your grace, they will rise to become saints and defenders of the faith. Arch ishop Marcel Lefebvre's insight is that once you lose the Latin mass you have lost the functional beliefs that are behind it. I.e. once it is gone and a part of history, it would be very difficult to ressurect it. A ketly to catholicism is not just what you say, it is also what you do. The Latin mass is a key way of expressing and acting according to apostolic tradition. The novus ordo is a rupture with apostolic tradition.

Since Vatican II, the Catholic Church has become more and more like a Protestant church. They have taken out anything that offended other denominations. It is as if they are apologizing for what we believe and how we worship. I say to all of us, have patience because it will change. I see the Eucharistic Revival as hopeful. When more people believe once again in the real presence of Christ in the Eucharist, we will then have strength in numbers.

If the NO mass in your areas uses the proper words for the sacrifice and have the true belief Jesus is truely in the Eucharist it has been said its valid.

I have one question… what about your Priest that no longer has faculties other than to say private Latin Masses? People say ‘I’ll just go to (fill in the blank)’ but if there is no Priest with faculties to baptize, confirm, wed…. This is a lot more complicated than lay people just saying where they’ll ‘go’…
I occasionally go to the Shrine of St. Anthony’s (Monastery ) in Ellicot City Maryland. Mostly for reconciliation as it is provided every day. When I first went there I asked a brother if the Mass was reverent. He said yes. Unfortunately it is an NO Mass as those Masses go it is reverent but nowhere near the TLM. I find it (the NO) to be a hodgepodge and very Protestant.
You are so right. There is no TLM near me but there is the Ordinariate of St Peter which does the Mass prior to Vatican II. I go there. It is a holy and devout Mass with the priest facing East with people. It is the Mass of my childhood. I know that because I still have my 1962 missal. The NO leaves me wanting as to real reverence. I am happy to have this Mass available to me and others.
I live in France and the BEST he actually can do is a radical, total ban of the TLM : if he does so, masks will fall down and there will be a tough general resistance. If, on the contrary, he will just restrict it (for example, forbidding anyone who's not in ex Ecclesia Dei Institutes to celebrate it and to open new Mass centres and suppress diocesan TLM), there won't be any significant response and he will succeed in doing a great harm to Tradition...
I don't understand your comment because that's what is currently happening. That's not something in the future that's going to happen it's something that's happening right now that the traditional Latin mass is restricted to only the fssp and The Institute of Christ the King. Well and also the sspx.
Legal loophole: Just call the TLM the ordinary form which is exactly what it is because there is only one original perfect form which is beyond extraordinary because it transcends time and space. Novus Ordo is its own thing detached from anything related to the True Apostolic Catholic Church. Exactly the reason Archbishop Vigano refused to show at the Vatican because he stated the people inside the Vatican are not of the Catholic Church but of something entirely of its own accord and nature. I joked with our priest from my parish when the Covid planneddemonic happened which kept people from attending mass such as restrictions on number of attendees. I stated: “But Father, are we not all ‘One Body in Christ’?” Lol, legal loophole.
This disgraceful, lewd, and base person, has never been quirky or funny. The man detests traditional Catholics because they represent what he doesn't like not care for,and that's the Catholic Faith. It explains why he spends the majority of his waking days pursuing worldly agendas and concerns. He would rather attend a UN meeting then celebrate Mass. When was the last time Pope Francis actually crlebrated a Mass?
I heard the argument that they did alter the mass since Pious the 5th so they can over turn it. But the "changes" were only very minor (like altering the calendar feast days a bit). It was never a major thing. Pious the 5th did a mick drop, you can't get around what he said.
Would there be a way to separate into another Tradition and remain in communion with the Church. I understand that there are other sects that are in Communion with the RCC. I see no way out as long as Francis is Pope. It is a terrible thing to deny worship to your flock. The Novus Ordo is not the answer IMHO
I live in Florida but transitioning into retirement and moving to South Carolina. When in Florida I attend a diocesan TLM but there are 2 SSPX chapels around 30 mins away. However in South Carolina I attend a diocesan TLM in Georgia. If they ban the TLM I would have to drive 2 hours to an Ordinariate Mass. Not sure what to do to be honest but I guess drive 2 hours. Wish SSPX would open a chapel in South Carolina.
Yes I will be living in southeastern South Carolina and I go to Savannah. Charleston has the Ordinariate and it’s about 2 hours for me. My heart is broken with all this situation and I pray it doesn’t come to pass.
Now there are no gates and the bishops are scared just like so many. Divide and conquer. Francis has said one thing and done just the opposite, seemingly to create difference/division in opinion.

You can change the Passover meal Mass into God's Holy Sacrifice of Mass by changing the first Offertory into a Sacrifice. The bread is said to become the Body of Jesus Christ the wine is said to become the Blood of Jesus Christ and not bread of life and our spiritual drink!
Then what? Evil wins 😢

ignore lofton. go to the tlm come what may
How did we reach here? What is the reason for banning the Latin Mass?
Back in the 60s the church was very against the Latin mass continuing. They found a couple priests and went underground for a time.
The Latin Mass is how God’s Church instituted the Last Supper, for all mankind, for all earthly time. To go against it and choose instead the latest whim of the day, is to reject what Christ died for and is offered to us. Himself.
As they say in Italian he Isa noda gooda !!
Traditional Catholics about to make the SSPV look right after all…
28:34 - 30:22 listen to this part followed by the poisonous medical substances...so true!
Why are there so many popeslainers out there for Francis? It makes me wonder if people are just trolling traditional Catholics because bergoglio has obviously done and said so many obvious questionable things.
Loftonites,and Mike Lewis fans.
Francis has not done his job at all. He has run with his own agenda since day one.
Why are we obliged to listen thim?
Dr Taylor Marshall why are you being so prophetic in terms of saying the pope coming along and abolishing the Nicene Creed I have a feeling that's what he's going to do next.😢
Back to the Rock Masses... in the Woods...
I think the powers in place will eliminate all true worship. Being excommunicated by an anti-church or Antichrist is not a condemnation. Hold fast to tradition even when those that hate the true faith say you are in outside their new church. We could all end up being just like the SSPV. Or worse. But never leave the true church. Mary, hide us with your mantle.
Pope Francis actually approved the Latin mass today and met with priests from institutes of Christ the king, a Latin mass group and has given the green light. So stop lying Taylor Marshall
Ah, no. Only approved for that one Institute at this time. Also the FSSP was promised to remain true as well.
The issue is a possible ban on the Traditional Mass in Diocesan churches…
Your exhortation to Taylor Marshall demonstrates a remarkable ignorance of the subject he is discussing here.
I will wait for the next Pope to Undo the done... Will He???
Pope St Pius V even threatened the wrath of Almighty God and the Blessed Apostles Peter and Paul if anyone (Pope Francis) dare contravene this order of ours," know that he has incurred the wrath of Almighty God and the Blessed Apostles Peter and Paul."
Agreed! Beautiful articulation and analogies. Gates! Perfect! And the gates of hell will not prevail. Well done Dr. Marshall
Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, and through the power of the Holy Spirit. We ask You to raise up strong and courageous men who will stand firm in their faith and uphold Your truth in this world.
May they be fortified by Your presence and guided by Your word, always seeking to glorify You in all they do.
Holy Spirit, pour out Your gifts upon these men, that they may be equipped for the battle against spiritual and worldly powers that seek to destroy the Church and its followers. Grant them the fortitude to remain steadfast in their convictions and the wisdom to navigate the complexities of this world with righteousness and justice.
We entrust these men to Your divine care, confident that through Your grace, they will rise to become saints and defenders of the faith. May they inspire others by their example and bring glory to Your holy name.
We ask this through Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, and in the power of the Holy Spirit.
Amen.
Birthday Blessings to Gabe!

I’m part of the Fraternity of St Peter, in fact, I’m in the choir and i love being Catholic. I left the church and came back 20 years later only because of the TLM. I’m pretty sure the Society is safe, but maybe not a regular priest. If the worst were to come I would go to the SSPX. Just to explore, I found SSPX and will try it on Sunday. Also, I completely agree with Taylor. If there can be approved clown masses for small subsets of people what is wrong with keeping the old mass for our little community. I just don’t understand that. (Well other than we are a quickly growing community 😊)
if charismatics can spasm and babble nonsense, then why can't Roman Catholics prostrate and pray in Latin?
You aren’t a part of the fraternity unless you are ordained

A ketly to catholicism is not just what you say, it is also what you do. The Latin mass is a key way of expressing and acting according to apostolic tradition. The novus ordo is a rupture with apostolic tradition.

Popes are supposed to maintain traditions not create new ones, unless there is a new religion being propogated😮.
We need to start a prayer crusade for the SSPX.We need to start raising money for the SSPX so they can build new churches and acquire churches that are for sale and former Catholic properties. While the SSPX has been building new chapels and acquiring closed churches in many states there are still states with no SSPX chapels.

If the NO mass in your areas uses the proper words for the sacrifice and have the true belief Jesus is truely in the Eucharist it has been said its valid.
In your case, I would watch an SSPX Mass online similar to what we did during COVID-19 closures. You need the TLM for the sake of your soul so take advantage of the technology we have now. It wouldn’t be your fault if you can’t go in person. That would be on Bergoglio.

So no recourse but to go to the novis order ? Not sure I can do that . I have been to a “reverent “ novis order with quite a few faithful receiving on the tongue .
I'm confused by your comment it sounds like the Mass that you are going to is a traditional Latin Mass
Didn't he already? St. Mary's Cathedral, Austin believes he did.
Then they're bearing false witness because the exact opposite happened today. Francis said the TLM isn't going anywhere earlier today.
If Francis bans the TLM, the Society of St. Pius V WILL continue to offer the TLM.
Francis stated today the TLM isn't going anywhere. 🙄

That's not something in the future that's going to happen it's something that's happening right now that the traditional Latin mass is restricted to only the fssp and The Institute of Christ the King. Well and also the sspx.
Legal loophole:
Just call the TLM the ordinary form which is exactly what it is because there is only one original perfect form which is beyond extraordinary because it transcends time and space.
Francis is illegitimate irrelevant quirky funny and ultimately boring.
