How to make Homemade Peach Jam

  • This year we grabbed a bushel of peaches from a local northern Utah farm and we are making peach jam. Join me as I take you through the steps and the process. I’m also leaving the base recipe we used in this description Just remember to weigh your peaches after peeling so you know how much to adjust the recipe for.
    Ingredients
    4 pounds peaches
    2 cups sugar
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    Bring mix to 220 F then allow to cool a bit before putting it into jars to Pressure can.
    (You can water bath can this recipe we just prefer to pressure can)
