i agree. people just assume its chans fault because hes not giving them more lines but i admire him for putting the music/his work before his friends. chan cares alot about the members but he also cares about his music he knows that some members voice wouldnt suit some specific songs or the vocal line wouldnt match with a rap song. he cant make every member have equal lines other wise some songs will just sound weird and wouldnt flow well it will just sound forced

He got like one line in Back Door, I was expecting more after the distribution in God's Menu. I mean like the fact that this is their first full album and it gained so much attention yet nobody would be able to recognize Minho's voice unless they checked out the b-sides is kinda disappointing. There are some things that I wanna say: 1. Boygroups with a lot of members it's really difficult to distributed equally those lines in all songs. 2. Chan is not the only one who decides how those lines can be distributed. 3. They decided according their voices who can sing better those kind of parts in the songs. 4. After Woojin left the group, they were trying to give more lines to those members who actually had less lines. 5. I think that Go and In Life albums are the begining of new eras where everyone will have more recognition. 6.Maybe Felix is the one who had less lines but he had a lot of central breakdance parts and iconics lines in every song bc his voice it's so unique. 7. Minho has an excellent voice, I think that him and Jeongin will have more lines, as I said, after Woojin left the group it's opens opportunities to them to have more lines and proof that their voices are beautiful. I know that slowly those differences won't exits anymore. Now, let's appreciate how they are working, they gave us two masterpieces of albums so please go to make stream. We can give them another win, don't see those differences and see what they are doing now for us. I really know that they're doing their best. Idk where did you see Lee Know highest center but I guess it wasn't Back door and God's menu. Because Lee Know as a main dancer of stray kids doesn't get that much screentime or center at all.
I think skz have pretty fair line distributions. Han is exceptionally good, he can take every part and do the highest notes which other members (of the vocal line too) couldn't, so it's ok to me that he's the one with most lines. Felix has a super unique voice, so even if he doesn't usually gets lot of lines he practically owns the all the skz killing parts. Woojin was the main vocalist and the more experienced vocalist of the three, he obviusly got the most lines when he was in the group, now Seungmin got crazy good and Jeongin improved so much, so I think we can expect an increasing of lines for them in the future. I think Minho was a bit insecure at the beginning (you can see it in the survival show) and it was probably a mutual agreement between him and Chan (and the production team(?)) to give him less lines, but give him a lot of backup vocals instead, in fact i think he probably is the member who has most backup vocals of the group. Moreover he's seems more confident with his falsetto, an ability that so far in skz songs isn't showcased a lot. I think he improved so much too tho, so I'm sure he'll soon start to get more lines. Please remember that skz do everything themself, so if a member would want more lines I'm sure he would speak up and get them, if he doesen't he probably has a reason. Every member voice is showcased so well anyway in all their songs, I think they choose carefully to which member give which line to promote everyone the best they could.
There ARE actually. Woojin's high notes mostly goes to jisung and his normal notes goes to either minho or bangchan; more to minho since his voice improves so much since their debut and can match woojin's sound in a way
If you use OT8 versions aka the SKZ2020 album, i think Seungmin would rank 2nd next to Han because Seungmin and Han mostly took Woojin's parts. edit. Jokes on me. Chan still ranked 2nd and Seungmin 3rd for the OT8 versions haha

Like, if you see, he used to get a LOT of lines at the start, and was first in the line distributions more often than not. However, his lines started depleting since Clé 1 : Miroh. Like all of a sudden he started getting really less lines (in some songs he barely even crossed the 10 second mark), which probably made him feel like he was being mistreated (which he was though), and hence he left the group in October of 2019 owing to personal issues. I am 100% sure that he didn't have a dispute with the members or troubled them in any way. Instead he had an argument with JYP or someone, and hence decided to walk out of the company by himself...
But Stray Kids still have the fairest line distributions that I've ever seen Of course Han and Bangchan have much more lines that other members but they get what they deserve. The difference between Han and Felix is less than twice while in the others group it's more unfair Sorry, my English is bad, feel free to correct me☺

You're all wrong. Felix doesn't get the most iconic lines. Anything Felix says automatically becomes iconic. Felix can literally just say "egg" and it will be iconic.
It is more fair than it seems, Jeongin and Minho have improved a lot, Seungmin is now the main vocal, Chan from the beginning was always one of the most stable and also the one who has trained the longest, Changbin is the main rapper and Jisung is main rapper + lead vocalist, Hyunjin has improved a lot in rap and Felix at first didn't know much Korean but he makes his lines the most iconic

I think Felix needs to get more lines, I know in center distribution he gets the attention he deserves but since he has a really unique voice; if trained his vocals can be wonderful as well as his rapping skills. Btw Han and Bangchan really deserves to be on the top and I’m totally fine with that, I just wish they would rather gave Felix more lines both in vocal and rap parts than giving him one or two iconic lines.

I think IN gets a lot more lines nowadays in comparison bc he's become more stable with age. But even still he's not at han, chan, or seungmins level, which is OK, it just explains it. I also think he has such a distinctive voice that its best used in moderation so it pops. I also think the live performance aspect is why minho gets less lines. I may be wrong but he's the member I notice singing live the least out of everyone.

Honestly I’m glad w**jin was included in this. Now everyone can see he got lots of lines and attention and it shows how ungrateful he was, he had 8 people that loved him and he was gifted with good voice AND he got an opportunity to shine, but he still chose the wrong path. Not only he failed himself, he failed his (Ex) members as well. Yes we shouldn’t point fingers without knowing the full story, but these are the thing we KNOW: Bang Chan blamed himself for WJ’s actions and felix had to take care of him. Because of him jeongin and jisung’s anxiety got worse after he left. Hyunjin cried, actually he was sobbing on stage, cause he thought everyone’s gonna leave them and he begged us to stay. He promoted his solo album in his “apology note”. He faked a company and lots of other things. So yeah even if the rumors are all false, he still did all of that and that’s not okay. We should not support or forgive this person.

Just wanted to say SKZ have very fair line distribution that mainly depends on member's abilities. When they debuted sorry not sorry but only 3Racha and Seungmin were ready for it. Other boys were NOT prepared enough not only for stage performances but also for recording songs. Have you heard Innie's singing in pre debute? It was objectively bad. Usually companies won't debute groups if members have such a big gap in/between member's training. But I'm glad JYP did. And I'm also very grateful to Chan who in the beginning gave other boys the right amount of lines and parts that wouldn't be burden for them. And also boys spent a lot of time on their vocals and rapping obviously because rn they are all very good and so much better than before and I feel something like maternal pride ahahahha.
And for people who say something like SKZ are better without W*jin and since he left the group they became more popular. WELL, YEAH. OFC they became more popular, it's been almost a year already. The line graph at the end was so helpful it shows it depends on the song, like Seungmin had the most lines in Blueprint but the next song was Ta and he had the least amount! I think Stray Kids line distribution is the fairest among big groups and I really do think that’s down to the fact they write the songs themselves! As IN and Minho have improved (and a certain some one can’t hog lines anymore💀) they have gotten way more lines recently! Now that Felix showed us his singing on Vlive hopefully he will feel more confident to have more singing lines in the future 🙏🏼💕

I think skz have pretty fair line distributions. Han is exceptionally good, he can take every part and do the highest notes which other members (of the vocal line too) couldn't, so it's ok to me that he's the one with most lines. Felix has a super unique voice, so even if he doesn't usually gets lot of lines he practically owns the all the skz killing parts. Woojin was the main vocalist and the more experienced vocalist of the three, he obviusly got the most lines when he was in the group, now Seungmin got crazy good and Jeongin improved so much, so I think we can expect an increasing of lines for them in the future. I think Minho was a bit insecure at the beginning (you can see it in the survival show) and it was probably a mutual agreement between him and Chan (and the production team(?)) to give him less lines, but give him a lot of backup vocals instead, in fact i think he probably is the member who has most backup vocals of the group. Moreover he's seems more confident with his falsetto, an ability that so far in skz songs isn't showcased a lot. I think he improved so much too tho, so I'm sure he'll soon start to get more lines.
Please remember that skz do everything themself, so if a member would want more lines I'm sure he would speak up and get them, if he doesen't he probably has a reason. Every member voice is showcased so well anyway in all their songs, I think they choose carefully to which member give which line to promote everyone the best they could.

Like, if you see, he used to get a LOT of lines at the start, and was first in the line distributions more often than not. However, his lines started depleting since Clé 1 : Miroh. Like all of a sudden he started getting really less lines (in some songs he barely even crossed the 10 second mark), which probably made him feel like he was being mistreated (which he was though), and hence he left the group in October of 2019 owing to personal issues. I am 100% sure that he didn't have a dispute with the members or troubled them in any way. Instead he had an argument with JYP or someone, and hence decided to walk out of the company by himself...

I think IN gets a lot more lines nowadays in comparison bc he's become more stable with age. But even still he's not at han, chan, or seungmins level, which is OK, it just explains it. I also think he has such a distinctive voice that its best used in moderation so it pops.
I also think the live performance aspect is why minho gets less lines. I may be wrong but he's the member I notice singing live the least out of everyone.

Usually companies won't debute groups if members have such a big gap in/between member's training. But I'm glad JYP did. And I'm also very grateful to Chan who in the beginning gave other boys the right amount of lines and parts that wouldn't be burden for them. And also boys spent a lot of time on their vocals and rapping obviously because rn they are all very good and so much better than before and I feel something like maternal pride ahahahha.

I think Stray Kids line distribution is the fairest among big groups and I really do think that’s down to the fact they write the songs themselves! As IN and Minho have improved (and a certain some one can’t hog lines anymore💀) they have gotten way more lines recently!
