My mom taught me this 100 years old recipe! easy, delicious crispy biscuits! tasty Cantucci !
📌 Ingredients :
1 cup of sugar (200g).
2 medium eggs (100g).
5 tablespoons of milk (75ml).
3 tablespoons orange blossom water(45ml).
1 tablespoon vanilla extract.
~ 5 and 1/4 tablespoons vegetable oil (75ml).
5 tablespoons of brown butter (75ml).
a pinch of salt.
~ 5 and 1/2 cup of all purpose flour (650g).
1/2 tablespoons of baking powder (8g).
1 egg.
some drops of vanilla extract.
500g of mixed nuts (you can choose any nuts you like).
80-90g sliced almonds.

The further you go back you can get the original ingredients. There is a Show on History channel which they do for UA-cam that do recipes that are old like these. Trying the best they can to use the original ingredients !
