"How do you feel knowing that the company you work for is worth many more billions than anyone had thought, knowing that you get paid in peanuts?"
Pay won’t change lmao the merger only affects the board and the guys at the top like FULL TOP
@@User98272-ue i didn't say pay would change?
@@MrVirtuezzz never said you did use your brain next time
@@User98272-ue It would if the UFC fighter had good wwe run
@@User98272-ue you definitely insinuated he said that .. then tell him to use his brain XD ... like what
Chris Curtis's response lmao.
wwe and ufc are doomed
Yanez with the company guy answer 😂
Him v font is the one fight I cannot wait for
Chris response is the best lmao
Agree with Chris Curtis hahaha 21 BILLION dollars combined together and they can’t improve fighter pay. Obviously this is aside from fighter pay I’m not tryna make it always about the pay but if you see what those wwe guys get paid to act in the ring, why are the mma fighters paid less for straight up putting their health on the line in a REAL fight.
Probably because the wwe guys are on the road pretty much all the time. They do multiple shows a week and deal with a lot of injuries. Ufc people fight like what 3 times a year the most?
@@jre4255 yeah but really that doesn’t matter because the wwe just has more shows and events but every mma fighter is training during the weeks and constantly working on the sport of mma yes there’s less shows but the gruelling work of mma compared to flying around the world and putting on a scripted show the money shouldn’t be as off as it is
@@KV____ wrestling isnt as easy as it seems as ppl have literally died in the ring. the ring is hard on the body and thats why so many wrestlers die by being addicted to painkillers. they get concussions and are still forced to wrestle, they get bruises and welts and so many end up being crippled. a lot of the older wrestlers have fake knees and fake hips. hulk hogan is literally crippled and needs a cane to walk around. ppl like ken shamrock say that wrestling was much harder on his body then mma ever was. you cant fake gravity at the end of the day. only try your best to brace the impact and lessen the damage it will do to your body.
Well people from WWE work every week and doesn't get bonus or a cut from PPV. So you wonder why they are paid most probably because they work more.
if the fighters want to get paid just to "act in the ring" may be they should become wwe wrestlers and see how that works out for them, how about that? if you draw money, you get paid more, thats true for both companies. Also UFC is growing business, you think all those performance centers, marketing machines, etc. are free? They invest heavy, they try to grow the business, that's it.
Doesn't make sense for the UFC because WWE pays way more. All the good fighters in the UFC will end up in WWE except I don't understand the merger
It takes a lot to adapt to sports entertainment. Even Rousey overstayed her welcome
WWE won't hire them . Logan Paul proved out to be more valuable than Ronda Rousey
Adesanya who's a WWE fanboy gave the shortest answer lmaoo
since when was izzy a WWE fanboy?
He is anime fanboy not wwe
@@MrVirtuezzz Do your research... Mark
he is a fanbay watching wwe ,even he learn ston cold ,batista entrance when he was a kid..
@@MrVirtuezzz he’s been a WWE fan for years
The respect from these fighters shows that they a open minded
Masvidal had the best response
It’s great. The companies combined have like 25 full time employees. 25 unpaid interns. And then 500 “contractors”. Very profitable business model.
Chris should get a raise off tops for that comment
Masvidal already trying to transition himself into a WWE job I think he would make a good Valet for a wrestler .
he already went to aew lol
He'd make a good dish washer
His response was very good. Smart dude
@@hotcoldman77 everyone wants to be funny in the comments but jorge actual spoke some sense
Can't cut promos. Boring personality.
This is Corp merger stuff and no impact on UFC. Plus these guys aren’t coworkers. They are not employees
Most of the benefits are expense savings on fight production, synergies on tv distribution deals ETC.
AND DANA HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS. HES A PAWN IN A LARGER ORGANIZATION.
Hope we get titantrons.
Regardless of the merger the fighters will keep getting screwed.
Now Wwe should own Defiant wrestling simlar to WCW
I sure didn't see this coming
(Deep Husky voice) Listen here brother !!!
Lol the company's value continues to Go Up and your pay continues to Stay the Same ...... That's the amazing monopoly the UFC has always been great at creating .
WWE has tried to be a legitimate sports for years. This will bring the legitimacy of MMA down.
Not really they will stay and do what they always do
lmfao the UFC is already a disgrace to MMA to how they give out title shots, ignoring the rankings, and the removal of the sponsors. it’s literally the WWE of MMA
@@ThaTruth223 ok, it will continue to bring down the legitimacy of mma down
@@GMan-cv9ig keep thinking folks outside of the mma bubble think it’s legitimate, there’s a reason there’s no national coverage, because no one really wants to touch MMA with a 10 foot pole
Even in the early days of professional wrestling, it was widely known that the matches were not entirely real. However, fans were so passionate about the whta they liked that they somehow convinced themself that it were real. In contrast, mixed martial arts (MMA) is a sport where everyone knows that when a fighter is knocked out, the fight is over. Although UFC judges sometimes make incorrect decisions and matches sometimes ignore the ranking system, I believe that creating better fight cards is much more important than putting together boring fights
WCPW and impact wrestling also UFC than WWE have a partner up!
Maybe now UFC can pay the fighters what they’re worth and provide some healthcare
It's like High school students reacting to the integrated middle school
I wish they put the fighters' names on there 🤨
Stunning? Lmao. It's a joke to MMA
...man, no wonder recent big UFC fights r so sus now - production WWE style; "..it just shows...", is word
The wwe divas gonna get smashed lol
Oh my werd!
so if the UFC gonna start fixing fights now?
They already have been.
NFL players follow a script. Didn't you know?
@@lagofala proof ? you're just mad that they aren't pro Republican racists
same 1 joke
Just came to say that I give zero fks for WWE and hate that I will now see more talks about it
Cope and stick to ufc then it won't change a danm thing
Surprised WWE is still around. Who watches it? It’s a circus lol. WWE was somewhat decent in the 90s and 00s though
Look up NXT Takeover. It's as good as 90s WWF.
according to ratings a tad bit more still watch wwe then ufc
how do call it a circus i want to see get bumps fro the ring and crying about it
One sorry ass endeavor
0% chance Jorge came up with that on his own. He's got a ghost writer, what an idiot 😭
What nmakes u think that??? Just hating for no reason
@@KD-vq2wt because he has a 4th grade education and has brain damage from CTE. You spell like he talks. You might have the same stuff going on.
@@RyanPortland420 Yep hating for no reason, get a life. And n is next to m on the keyboard, nothing to do with spelling, just my big ass fingers.
Why merge? UFC isn't scripted. Or is it? I mean UFC fighters being guest characters on WWE can work sure.
could be for a revenue standpoint, WWE has been breaking record profits for the past 4 years. regardless of how you feel about it, they have they’re fan base which is roughly around 2.5 million and they’re shelving in money around the clock. also the UFC might want more corporate sponsorship, and the WWE could definitely give a hand in that. it’s all about how many billions they could make as one huge entity
