The Rosta Valley, Dividalen. A Hike

- This is the last leg on our hike from Skatardalen to Tverrelvmoen in Dividalen, part of a national park in Norway. We are inside the Arctic Circle, and summers are short but sweet. We cross and walk along the Rosta River most of the hike. You are welcome to tag along!
This video is from August 2022. It is part of our summer hike in Dividalen. Parts of the hike is within Dividalen National Park, in the north of Norway, inside the Arctic Circle. Rosta Valley is one of several ways into the park. We are hiking with six dogs who are helping us to carry food and gear.

Hi Martin, it's September now. When was this filmed? I'm finding it cold in the UK. Have the snows started yet? When will it be sledging season? That water was thundering down that valley. Another great vlog with beautiful views, thanks for uploading.
Hi Chris, thank you! Well, it is filmed in August 2022, just enjoying summer a little longer. Just now the temperature is around 10 degrees Celsius. It will still take some time before we get snow, often second half of November. By then the sun is gone, so I use that period to exercise my dogs.
