    Very good demonstration for the Class-J Power Amplifier. Do the example files run with ADS 2009? Or they are compatible with ADS 2011 and higher versions?

    Hi! Thanks for the educative video series. I wonder whether ADS has any utilities for designing power amplifiers with Bipolar Junction Transistors. For example, bias network design for the bipolar transistors etc. So far I have been working with FETs, but now I need to design a PA with BJTs and I believe there are some particular concerns when designing with BJTs. Are there any design examples in ADS for PAs with bjts?
