I completely agree with you, beards can’t be so manicured. I need them to look a bit more rugged. That brings the macho in a man. N I really don’t get it why men who has the patience to grow a beard long to the neck cannot grow a good stache which covers their upper lip. 😒

Grooming and trimming a beard is probably easier than daily shaving nuisance for men. But not all men suit the bearded look. Probably better on older gents. Beards have a certain association eg old and wise, bandit, classy and sophisticated, cunning, wild and adventurous, old drunk or homeless old man etc. Depends on how a man wears, shapes and grooms his beard....I saw an old man with long beard dyed three bright unnatural colours.. I wondered what he was trying to express by his beard style.

Use beard wash, after washing your beard use a blow dryer with low heat at least 6 inches away after that apply beard oil or pomade and comb it
