I have seen it . Person i know has Jupiter in Moola Trikona in 9th house. Many said it was very good. Unfortunately it is not as good as it is projected. Many Bad incidents happened in either Dasa / Antardasha. His D7 Lagna lord is debilated in 2nd house.

Not wrong in a way. I ve seen people who have jupiter in first house and person is good. But no major rise happens in life.
