Cinderella and Tarzan ~ Between The Raindrops [Crossover]

~ STORYLINE~
Tarzan was raised in the African jungle by gorillas after his parents disappeared in a shipwreck storm. Twenty-three years later, he grows up from a little baby into a man.
One day while he is socialising with his family, poachers lead by a man named Clayton disturb the nesting grounds and kidnap the gorillas. In a desperate attempt to save his family, Tarzan is shot by Clayton and taken away from them.
~Two weeks later ~
Cinderella was born and raised into a dysfunctional family; her father abused her mother and he wasn't very kind father to her and her younger brother Louis. Later, they divorce and her father leaves home, never to return. Afterwards, Cinderella and her family become really close; she even develops a special attachment with Louis.
Cinderella, who has just turned twenty, is planning her wedding. She is trying on her wedding dress when her mother Wendy comes in and gives her daughter advice. Repeating her failed marriage to Cinderella, Wendy warns her daughter that marriages aren't always happily ever after and she shouldn't make the same mistakes as Wendy herself did. Cinderella takes in her mother's advice.
Later, Cinderella and Louis go the zoo. After seeing the elephants, Cinderella plans to see the apes. Louis instead wants to see the penguins and insists that they should split up and she can meet him when she is finished. Cinderella agrees and she goes to the apes' enclosure. There, she discovers, in horror an ape man in the enclosure; Tarzan.
Tarzan, behind the glass, is fascinated to see another creature like him and walks up to Cinderella.
Cinderella is horrified to see Tarzan in a terrible state and wants to help him. But before she could do anything, a policeman orders her to move along. She begs and pleads him to help Tarzan but the policeman cuts her off, warning to arrest her.
Hurt, Cinderella leaves and is on her away to join her brother in tears.
Suddenly, she hears glass shatter and people screaming.
She goes over to the ape enclosure and discovers that Tarzan has escaped, letting the apes lose. The public panic stampede out of the zoo to get to safety, expect for Cinderella who goes around searching for Louis.
When she is outside, Cinderella bumps into a gang of thugs who are looking for trouble. They are about to attack her when Tarzan rescues and carries her to safety. Cinderella, in shock from her attack tries to get away from Tarzan but he gently confronts her. She realises that Tarzan isn't going to hurt her. They fall in love.
Cinderella takes Tarzan back to her house, where he goes into hiding; in her bedroom. However, Louis (who has managed to find his way home) discovers Tarzan and becomes jealous because he believes his sister is pushing him aside for someone else. But, Tarzan befriends Louis, to Cinderella's relief.
~A Few Days Later~
Cinderella is getting her mother's dress out; she wants to redesign it as she thinks it's a little old fashioned. Suddenly, Wendy calls for Cinderella to come downstairs because she has a visitor. Cinderella obeys her mother and goes down.
To her surprise, she sees that her visitor is her fiancé, Clayton! Clayton tells Cinderella that he cannot stay for long as he is going on another expedition to Africa. Cinderella tries to tell him something but Clayton interrupts her saying that he is wants to take her with him and they should get married tonight instead of next month, which was originally planned.
Disheartened, Cinderella tells Tarzan; she cries, because she knows that she and Tarzan are never going to be together. She goes and gets ready.
On their way to the wedding, Clayton and Cinderella watch as Tarzan falls into Clayton's trap. Cinderella then discovers her fiancé's poaching habits and the truth about him. Before she could say anything, Clayton drags her to the church.
I'll leave the rest of the story until a surprise, as I don't to give everything away. Hope you all enjoy it. :D
