Actually this application which you have given is different. I want the user to input the details in start form and after entering the data he should click on submit. As soon as he submits it goes to thr approver where the approver can see the deatails entered by the user as read only and editable buttons should be approve/deny and comments by the approver. After this approver clicks on submit it should go to the supervisor approval snd then finally when supervisor submits the user should get an email. This is the full flow

You basically need a 2 level of task approval. There is 1 level of task approval discussed in the poc Travel reimbursement. ua-cam.com/video/vOfWX9JdJa0/v-deo.htmlsi=j2n9lidjXoFk4Zxj
In the process model you can add 1 more level for supervisor by passing the data from approver.

How to use to write to data store entity twice for a single interface such that when in the process model the flow goes to the first write to data store entity it writes in the records with few fields blank. And then when it goes to the write to data store entity again for thr second time the blank fields are updates in thr same row of the records without creating another row.

Make sure to get the output of the data first time. It will be with idPk. Then second when you write data, it will update the same row as long as it has idPK
