    hi Friend, regarding Estimated Trajectory. I use Office 365, my solution is using at cycle 1 =SUM($B$14/12), the next cycle onward is =SUM($B$14/12)+E3. basically is (Total Project Point/12) + the previous Total Project point (from the previous cycle).

    Very helpful! Great walkthrough. The Est. Trajectory null formula didn't work for me, so I just used a manual formula =$E$14/12 and copied that down and looks like it helped.

    Are the scope points always a cumulative number of task hours or can they be the total amount of time from start to deadline?

    I am not getting the line for Estimated Trajectory. It just shows 2 dots at the start and end on the line.

    I use excel 365 and # N/A didn't work out, which function can I use to create Estimated Trajectory

      Increase/Insert the sprint and readjust values as needed.

      Sorry, don’t understand the comment/ question... but you may want to recheck the steps on watching the video again

      @@DougHExcel ive done everything right, but when I create the chart, the line which shows the estimated projectory isnt there, it only has 2 points, one at the 0 and another at the end value, so technically it did work but the line just isnt there
