The most effortless and soooo delicious juicy chicken. Delicious!!! 😋
Ingredients:
• 400 gr chicken breast
• 3 small onions or 2 medium onions
• Spices as you prefer (I'm using: pepper, black pepper, powdered garlic, thyme, salt and turmeric)
• 1 cup of brown rice
• 1 cup of water
• a small piece of butter (1tablespoon)
• 2 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 table spoon of soy sauce
