What is the difference between global address and local address? why cannot we just use one of them? And another question what is the general difference between ARP and ND except that they are used for different IP protocol versions?
thank you, the link local address is used only for the directly connected link and if is not configured will be create automatically, ARP uses broadcast and ND uses multicast

You alright, but the questions is incorrect, the main goal is determine that NDP uses link local as the source and the destination is FF02::

you can enter the server then enter ipconfig /all command then verufy the mac address
