fully watched Ems plus all the ads ... I'm impressed how you memorize their ID's ,, you are so mama plant lover .. BEAUTIFUL, LOVELY and GORGEOUS .. salamat dear 💕
Again Ems you have shown your garden is doing so well even with the rain. Thank you for show an update of the big concrete rectangular pot. The plants have grown so much since you planted them, they look beautiful.
So many gorgeous plants some are just enormous, succie's on Ems super food ha ha. Enjoy the garden, the spring equinox is at 11.03am 33/09/2022. Sk nit ling until the official start to spring time. Woohoo. We've not had too much rain buy nsnh frosty mornings minus 3 minus 5 and 6. It's destroyed several ov my plants bug I've been super slack. Since having covid I'm just so tired and I can't be bothered to go out and cover my plant's at night even itx so cold 🥶 🧊. Happy gardening, the pot with the mass of tiny plants I've got an ID got it I need to check my label tomorrow.
Hi Evelyn how are you my friend, this morning we have -1 degrees very icy but I able to cover some of my succulent but not all. surprisingly after work I check my succulents that I didn’t able to cover it seems they are fine. Tomorrow the forecast is frost again. I know how you feel after Covid coz Matthew feel the same way. Hope you can recover soon and get your energy back. I hope your succulent that got damaged by frost can recover too.
@@Emshomesucculentgarden minus 1, 2 is fine for many. Its if you have minus 2, 3, 4 days in a row that cause issues. Most of mine survived the frost bar the usual suspected aeonium, crassula, certain sedum. I've got to replant some pots, put all foot sensitive ones together in one pot, I've got too many pots with a mix of plants, too hard to move. The crested one you have I've also got, I'm unsure what it is and wonder if it's a crested Francesco Baldi.
Thank you P Cabrera😊, I think the secret is if you find a good succulent soil mix and good location ( know your climatic condition in your garden so you can position your plant according to their needs.
Ems, found your channel recently. Love your calm voice, and it translates to success with your succulents & cacti. Being in California, we are currently in winter and love to see collectors "down under" and what they show 6 months before us.
When you pulled the snail out Ems, i had been wondering if you had much of a problem with them or slugs attacking your succulents, with all the rain about. They all look untouched by them if they are about thank goodness. It all looks fabulous!
Hi Nancy happy Sunday to you too my friend🥰😊. It’s a very wet rainy Sunday here in my side covering my succulent with shade cloth at the moment the forecast today is hail.
Hello. I have several imbricata which are a nice size but the have never reproduced. Should I behead them ? I thought new ones would come at the base of the stem. ?
Hi Marion, yes Imbricata new growth usually comes out from the side of the stem.it takes awhile ,maybe wait until spring time that’s the time most succulent reproduced offspring. But if will not, beheading is another option. Cutting the top part will push the plant to produce babies.
@@Emshomesucculentgarden thankyou . On close inspection there are several small plants at base of one imbricata and I’ve cut tops off two and reset them. They are in the open garden and dry quickly after rain so will wait and see .🌵🌵🪴🪴
