Jack only has one high damage string after launch, it's the highest damage of all his strings by like 10-12 or so damage. Why use anything weaker? So what you're really seeing, is someone making the most out of every single knockup that they get by using the highest damage string every time.
Even the most basic ones are hard to master... And he does the roughest and toughest ones in God knows when .. Those aren't panic grabs .. King's speciality is grabs.. it's like you are asking Hwoarang not to kick?
